Need Delinquent Tenant Report divided by property managers
A filter option to pull all reports per property manager would be a great enhancement

I merged a couple of other feature requests that were in the same lines of this one. To have enhanced reports per each property manager if the account had more than one PM. It would be helpful to have PM as one of the filters for reports, such as management fees, rent rolls, etc..
John user 29713r requested the same. Marking cleared transaction from the front screen.
The biggest issue I would like to see resolved is the ability to simply "check" cleared on a transaction from the account page when you reconcile. Rather than having to edit each transaction in order to clear it.
Also, it would be so nice to show two balances. One cleared balance (which should always match your bank account) and one working balance showing uncleared transactions as well. This has been standard on the other budget type programs I have used. For now, I need to clear things and then bring out a calculator to subtract out the uncleared items in order to make sure we have the same.

This is an option that would be desired by commercial property management companies w/ the ability to calculate the percentage owed to each owner based on their interest they have in the business/commercial unit.

They have same complaint need a faster way to pay owners and now that they have owners with reserves it is even more time consuming.
#8402- Their accountant is trying to get them to switch to QB. Owner disbursement is too time consuming and even more cumbersome if they have reserves. We need to consider a "pay owner" option like management fees (pay bills). OR at a glance report showing owner and their properties balance minus reserves so they can quickly create a check (92 units)
A quick fix to keep company financials off of properties is to allow posting of income directly to a bank account.
This would be a great benefit for being able to manage company financial (operating) and would allow post of income for company funds held in trust ledger (for example: state allows $100 of company funds to remain in trust ledger for adjustments)
Then we can eliminate creating these "properties" to manage business operating.
On the same subject tho' I agree w/ other comments to create reports per property. The hold CTRL option would be awesome.
spoke to a sales lead in Washington- 300-400 units. Needs the ability to place a tenant in multiple units and track leases. They want one ledger w/ the multiple rent charges so they can post payment showing all units paid however need ability to track leases
300+ possible new customer would like an easy way to export data for their own back up. They save all their files etc...in Carbonite.
This is something we definitely plan to do, it’s just a pretty monumental project so we’re trying to fit it into the development queue. It’s definitely in the plans though.

Need the ability to restrict users from editing/deleting CAM charges.
Ability to limit access to user, such as resident managers, to be able to post rents only or for maintenance personal to view work orders only.
The ability to charge tax % on certain list items of tenant charges (ie: charge %tax on rent and CAM charges but not late fees).
