You can setup an unlimited number of property managers in Rentec PM, and assign them to properties.
This feature is especially useful if you have numerous properties, some of which are managed out of a separate office. You can setup a property manager with a different address so when invoices are returned by tenants they are returned to the appropriate office. Likewise, the specific property manager handling a property will receive all online application notifications and property marketing.
Click the Settings tab, and choose Setup Property Managers. Add property managers by selecting the Add a Manager option on the top left. Enter the property manager's information and select Save Changes. Few fields are actually required; however, it is recommended for record keeping to fill in all known fields. Repeat this same process for as many property managers as you may have associated with your properties.
If you want to give your property managers access to the software, visit Settings, Manage User Accounts and create a new user for each of your property managers. If you have a user restricted to to view only some properties, when you specify a user as a property manager for a property, they will automatically be granted access to that property. There is no need to also edit that permission. Be sure to review the other user permissions.
Once done, the property manager's contact information (if it differs from the main account) will appear in; Tenant's statements, Tenant's invoices, Online listings & syndication, and Online applications.
To assign property managers to a property: go to the Properties tab, right-click and select Edit Property for any properties being managed by the property manager. In the Property Manager drop-down option on the edit screen, select the property manager you want to assign to the properties.
