Add Owners

Rentec PM was designed for one ownership entity per property.  The owner portal, reports, statement and 1099 features are tied to this designation.
 
Click the Accounts tab, and click the Add an Owner button in the top left.

Enter the appropriate information to fill out the form. Few fields are actually required; however, it is recommended for record keeping to fill in all known fields.

You will notice there are some features such as Owner Portal  (Login info) and Owner Payment Info that can be completed now to save you time in the future.




To assign owners to a property you may do so when you Add a Property or Edit Property.  In the Property Owner drop-down option on the edit screen, select the owner you want to assign to the properties.
