Tenants getting email notification when the Building manager or landlord has a question about the repair request.
good ! I wanted to request a key feature that many of my tenants have requested! I also agree with. I have already put in the request thru you systems months ago. We wanted a notification link sent to the tenants when us the landlords ask a question about their repair request. I know that they an check in BUT they often don't. So for example I will get a request " Main door does not lock" I will ask " which door in the unit ?" I wish they would get a notification that a new entry has been imputed about their service request. Because now..I have to go back to emailing each other which defeats the purpose.
