    An idea titled "Allow single expense to be split across all units without designating each unit individually.: Has over 20 votes. Try to build that one up as the primary since it is the same as this one.

    Love this idea. A tenant did not switch over their electric when they were suppose to. I paid the bill in full, but now need to bill the tenant for their portion. It would be nice to do it all at once.

    Split Transactions Options: In the bottom of the screen under each transaction be able to apply to tenant or not.
    Example: I had to pay the electric Bill for property A. The Tenant did not switch electric in time so I prorated from the day they moved in and charged them. I of course pay the bill entirely first. When I pay the bill it would be nice to split the transaction where I Pay the bill and categorize the entire thing under Utilities and property A. But on the second line separate out the portion the tenant is responsible for. Then when they pay it. I add it into their account, Under Property A and Under Utilities. All is now balanced.

    And... There is another one titled: Split Expense Transaction include "Charge Tenant" option with 4 votes. I'm moving my votes from that one to this one.

    There is another Suggestion like titled: Allow split expense across multi-units to have a recurring option with 9 votes. I'm moving my votes from that one to this one to show its importance.

    What would be very nice and convenient is to have my RenTec fee divided amongst my three properties with a reoccurring payment. Right now, I separate them out individually, but if I could do a reoccurring transaction that allowed my bank account to see a post of the one fee and my properties to each have their own for my Schedule-E that would be ideal! Thank you for thinking about it!

    This would be great to add to the 1099 form so when I give it to my accountant it is all there in one spot.

    I would add the ability to add a roommate and take one away by clicking active/inactive. College students always are getting new roommates and leaving. Then add a new addendum to include the new roommate and take out the old.
