After posting a tenant payment, a dialogue window will automatically pop up asking if you would like to print a receipt.
If you would prefer not to see this window every time you post a tenant payment, you can disable it by going to Settings > Program Defaults and then change the 'Ask to print a receipt after posting a tenant payment?' setting from [Yes] to [No].
How to Print an invoice for a payment that has already been posted.
After a payment has been posted to a tenant's ledger, you can then right-click on the payment to open a drop down menu. From the menu you can select to either edit the transaction or print a receipt.
This will then open a preview of the receipt that you can print out or click the envelop icon to email a copy directly to the tenant..
