Routing Maintenance Requests & Work Orders

Rentec PM clients are able to designate maintenance managers per property which will direct all maintenance requests to this designated person automatically.  Read all about this feature at this link.

Rentec PRO clients:
When a tenant submits a maintenance request through their tenant portal, a quick-link wrench icon will appear next to the property the tenant lives in.  If you have set your program defaults to notify you by email as well, you will receive an automated email at the address listed under your Settings tab/Contact Info.  

If you wish to re-route these automated email notices to other recipients, you will want to use your email provider's settings for forwarding emails.  To facilitate this, please note that work orders submitted by tenants will have a subject line of "New Workorder Posted by Tenant" and it will come from an email address of:  notices@rentecdirect.com
