Rentec Direct provides all PM clients Owner Portals to communicate important details about financial, property & tenant activity with the Property Owners you manage for.
To begin using these tools completely, follow the links below.
1. Setup EasyPay Payment Processing if you want to handle owner or tenant rent payment electronically
2. Create Your Owner Welcome letter - follow this link for a sample.
3. After delivering the Welcome Letter to your owners, activate the owner's portal. Click here for instructions.
4. Once you receive the Owner's banking information for electronic payments, add their routing & account number by clicking on the Accounts tab.
