Mobile friendly
When generating a report on a mobile device, specifically an iPhone, you can not scroll the page that pops up. When you try to scroll to the bottom of a long report, it moves the background page and not the report window that pops up. This makes the bottom of any long pop up page impossible to see. Also, please make the bottons and links larger. Im guessing most people use this software on their phone to quickly mark rent collected and capture expenses. I constantly have to zoom in and scroll around on different parts of every page to…

owners security deposit tab
It would be helpful to have a "security deposit" (amounts given to cover repairs) button for owners under the "Accounts" tab much like the tab for tenants. Understanding that this "deposit" can be entered as a reserve, it shows up under "properties" and is confusing with payouts to the owners.

Recurring Work Orders for preventative maintenance
Allow work orders to be recurring for preventative maintenance. (Example- Changing air filters, test batteries, clean gutters, quarterly walk through).
Use similar interface as the "recurring charge" function.

Allow for spouse or other tenant's email address also so that when we send out emails, it would go to all tenants in the unit.

Create multi year Operating Statement
Can you make a multi year Operating Statement. It could look just like the one out there but with years instead of months in the columns. Great for looking at year over year income/expense trends.

Add a commercial tab on the website that separates my residential from my commercial properties. Be more commercial friendly in general.

allow forms to be emailed to multiple recipients
when sending a form via email allow the To: field to accept multiple addresses separated by a comma.

Request to export Tenant Contact List into a standard CSV format
Request to export Tenant Contact List into a standard CSV format (Google, Outlook, or Apple) that can be imported into other tools like GMail, Outlook, Phone Contact Lists, etc. The current CSV export format is nice, but can not be imported by these other tools.

Include all co-renters for e-mails, workorders and viewing charges and payments
There are 4 existing requests that are similar enough that they should be consolidated into one request. The title lines are:
Allow tenants created as co-renters to see the charges and payments
Group Emails - please include co-renters
Automated Emails - please include co-renters
Multiple tenant contacts on workordersAs noted in one of the above suggestions, when a property has co-tenants, they are usually considered as equals in all respects and the program should not treat them differently. turn off credit card rent payments, but still allow app fees
I would like the ability to turn off credit card processing in the tenant portal, but still allow tenants to pay rent via ACH through the portal and still allow them to pay rental application fees via credit card.

Would be nice to have the Ability to upload disclosure forms for tenants to initial and sign. Current system only allows you to creat your own forms does not allow you to upload.

Recurring Fees
Have an option that recurring charges post the same time the system post rent since we do have tenants that pay their rent before the 1st of the month.

What I need is 1 report that shows all vacant units along with all units that are on notice to vacate with the applicants name and move in date. See Below:
