  3. "Payment Type" Report

    Payment Type Reports - When your posting "rental income" for a tenant you have a drop down menu that allows you to select "payment type". You can choose check, cash, cc, etc. There should be a report that allows us as landlords to see all the people that paid cash for the year, the total they paid, etc. This should exist for all the categories. This would allow you to sort how rents were received and how people paid. If there isn't a way to run a report on this then I can't see the purpose of the drop down…

  4. Deposit Slips

    It would be helpful to have a report "deposit Slip" showing all postings to a property for that day. It is helpful if you make multiple deposits to tenants to have it itemized to include date, tenant, unit check or mo # and amount with a total for that day.

  5. Comprehensive Delinquent Tenant Report

    A single report to display every tenant that is delinquent with regard to deposits, rent, and other charges.

  8. Expand filters for work orders

    In order to better track work orders I would like to give a number of employees with access to the system. When I assign a work order to that employee I would like them to be able to log in and search (filter) the work orders by who they are assigned to and then each employee will be able to make notes and/or close the work order. There are many work order programs online, but I don't want to have to pay for another program to do what this one already should.

    Would be very helpful if the operating statement would print with owners name and address rather than one or the other.

  10. quarterly summary

    My ideas are about emails...
    Can we PLEASE get spell check in the emails? Also, is there any way to send an email to CERTAIN tenants at a property instead of ALL of them? There should be a way to just check off who you want to email to, otherwise I am constantly emailing from my outlook account.

  11. Drop down box for advertising

    When adding an owner or a tenant it would help to have a drop box added to help track where they found out about us. I have to prepare a spreadsheet and keep up with traffic and see where out marketing $ are being well spent. It would be nice to pull a report to have these numbers than to go back to each property and tenant and look at notes. You could have an area that each property and make their own list since we all advertise different places then it can link into that box like it does…

  12. display individual sub-unit income on the Income Statement

    When selecting a multi-unit property on the Income Statement, please show the income per unit rather than the lump total. Quickbooks does it this way, a click on the total income line would display each tenant contributions to the total revenue. I own both apartments and commercial properties. It is not important to show the breakdown for multi-family properties, but very useful for commercial property management.

  13. Automatic generatedreports

    Would be incredible to have an automatically generated and emailed report. For example, I want a daily report to go out to my managers that show specific properties and delinquent tenants. Almost like a to-do for the day of who is outstanding and needs to be reached.

  14. Report Request - configure/remove "Please make checks payable to ..."

    Request: Make an option to print reports from the "All Statements" report without the attached 'deposit slip' type section. I don't take checks and almost all tenants pay via IPN or eRentPayment.

    To use the reports in the current format, I need to 1) print report on paper, 2) cut off the pay-by-check and 'deposit' part, 3) scan the truncated report, 4) email the new report. The amount of time and effort for this task (printing/emailing simple tenant reports) is significant for 35 properties.

  15. New tenant report that shows who occupied which unit when

    A report that shows all units who occupied it and thru what dates. My income this year is less than last year so wanted to run a report that would show the occupancy / vacancy history and who occupied the unit for both years so I could compare

  16. add more info to the owner statement reports

    on the owner statement report please add how much rent is due for the property, how much the tenant paid, and how much the tenant may still owe.

  17. add toggle to not include archived transactions on Trial Balance B report

    when pulling the Trial Balance B report, the security deposits column appears to be including transactions associated with archived tenants. I would like a toggle to be added to this report so that a user could choose whether or not to include archived accounts in the calculations.

  19. Move Out Report

    A move out report that shows all tenants moved out and the security deposit that they received back. Would be very helpful with working with Quickbooks to make sure all of our numbers match up.
