  1. Automatic MultiPay of Balance Due vs. Fixed Amount

    Allow MultiPay of Balance Due vs. a fixed amount.

    We have tenants set up with Easypay via paper form authorization whose monthly balance varies with CAM charges, would like a Multipay option to automatically collect balance due vs. manual monthly entry.

  2. Custom Info Field specific to each and every tenant

    Custom Info additional area would be nice if specific to each and every tenant and not populated across the entire platform.

  3. Auto Sync Accounts / Schedule

    Scheduled Bank Sync and Batch Bank Sync. I have 2 bank accounts for each property, which creates a lot of buttons to press to sync them all. These accounts are all at the same bank, I would like to see a feature that allows me to select which accounts I would like to sync and have the ability to schedule it.

  4. Phone Number Search

    In the tenants tab, it would be great if we could search phone numbers (all: primary, cell and work).

    In the main system search, it will pick up the primary phone number but not the cell or work number for the tenant. Would be great if these were incorporated into the search.

    The only way around doing a phone search is to list name and number in the "additional occupant" block at the bottom of edit tenant which is double the work. =]

    Not sure if we can do this already. Is there a way to flag an account, so we no longer accept personal checks from them? Due to NSF, etc.

  7. you make sure you can give notice to individual units from within the system. currently i have to give notice to an entire building?

    Notice: currently you have to give notice to an entire building when you should be able to give group notices to individual units.

  8. Allow Tenants to update phone numbers through App

    It would be great to allow a tenant to update their phone numbers through the tenant Portal app. This would help keep ensure the contact information is correct and that they are able to receive our texts.

  11. Allow Tenant to Look themselves up in the portal and claim/create their account

    Allow the tenant to find their information by looking themselves up (SSN, Drivers License #, or other PII on file). That way if I inherit a tenant, I don't have to track them down for their email address to allow them online portal access.

    It would be very helpful to be able to track assets and liabilities. This is the only thing missing from your software that would allow me to do a complete accounting of my businesses. Please consider implementing. Thank you!

  16. Form ideas

    The forms editor is very frustrating to work with. I'd love to be able to upload a form and have it retain the docx or odt format while still being able to utilize your strings (%fullname% for example.)

    Also, please make "all names" show all names.

  17. Multiple Worksheet Rent Roll for All Properties

    I would love to see a way to export an formatted HTML to Excel file for All Properties Rent Roll delineated into separate worksheets by owner. For Example, if I have 5 owners, I'd like a file that has 5 worksheets with each rent roll.

  18. Transfers part of split transaction

    In the split transaction function, I should be able to "transfer" funds as part of that split transaction.

    When I make a mortgage payment, I can split it into three accounts:
    Mortgage Interest (charged)
    Principal Pay-down (transfer)
    Escrow Monies (transfer)

    Then the monies should be transferred to corresponding accounts that I have set up part of a mortgage.

  19. Sync account with

    You have 4 different ways to sync accounts with City National Bank (CNB) through CNB's online service portals. However, I am unable to sync my CIC Total Manager account to my CNB account via their "Treasury Net" online portal which requests a Customer ID, User ID, and Password. Please figure out how to sync with CNB's Treasury Net because this is my only way of accessing my CNB accounts online.

  20. Tie management fee amount to income category

    Allow different management fee for different income categories. Example: Rental Income is 8, 9 or 10%. But Late Fee Income is split 50/50 with the owner. Having this set by category would save time. Thanks!
