Allow split expense across multi-units to have a recurring option

When trying to post mortgage payments across more than one property (split payment), it would be beneficial to only have one check to the mortgage holder. Since this is an on-going expense, there should be a recurring transaction option for split transactions.

Split Transactions Options: In the bottom of the screen under each transaction be able to apply to tenant or not.
Example: I had to pay the electric Bill for property A. The Tenant did not switch electric in time so I prorated from the day they moved in and charged them. I of course pay the bill entirely first. When I pay the bill it would be nice to split the transaction where I Pay the bill and categorize the entire thing under Utilities and property A. But on the second line separate out the portion the tenant is responsible for. Then when they pay it. I add it into their account, Under Property A and Under Utilities. All is now balanced.

What would be very nice and convenient is to have my RenTec fee divided amongst my three properties with a reoccurring payment. Right now, I separate them out individually, but if I could do a reoccurring transaction that allowed my bank account to see a post of the one fee and my properties to each have their own for my Schedule-E that would be ideal! Thank you for thinking about it!
