Make it easier to record interest on a bank account
When reconciling a bank account that earns interest (yes, there are still such things even though the interest rate is tiny), I need to be able to add in the interest payment in order for the account to reconcile.
The only way I have found to do this is to add an expense to the bank account and make the number negative. Then I open this new transaction and (because it was entered as a negative number) I can now select the proper income category.
Is there a more obvious way to do this?

I don't see any posts on this. Is there a solution besides negative expenses?
