Maintenance Portal. A separate login for our maintenance personnel to see and address work orders. The portal would have both “public” sections of the work order that can be shared with the tenant and “private” sections for internal notes.
Currently we can provide a separate login and restrict them to work orders, however they still have access to other information that they have no business knowing, such as tenants email addresses listed on the tenant page, any tenants late on rent that show up on the summary screen and even the recurring transactions. A separate maintenance portal or at least better settings to restrict the access is needed along with a “private” section on work orders for internal notes.
