"ALL" properties report for Income/Exp Stmts

Reports - Allow a report to be pulled for all properties for Inc/Exp report, instead of having to do each individual. The reason/rationale behind this. When you are doing owner disbursements, and the accounting/broker has to approve the payments before it is sent out. You can not tell by the wizard what the disbursement incompasses, you just not the bottom line. No report shows the fees, repair expenses to make up the owners payment for that month. And when you pull the Income/Exp or the Operating Statement Reports, you have to do these individually. It is very time consuming to do them individually
